UK Shipping

UPS Standard Shipping on all orders.

International Shipping

If shipping outside the UK, please check what import charges and customs duties may apply on the value of the order. All orders to countries outside the United Kingdom are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. All shipments are tracked and insured, and a notification email with tracking details will be sent once available.

Gift Wrapping

To add a message, gift tag, or wrapping to an order, please share the details, along with the order number, via the contact form.

Lead Times before shipping:

Available pieces are sent within 3 days.

Made to Order / Customised: Please allow 6 weeks before shipping. Materials are sourced and the piece is cast and finished by hand. Additional processes, including hallmarking and gold plating, are carried out by separate specialists and add to this time. Lead times vary depending on the piece.

Bespoke: This process can take weeks or even months, depending on the brief and complexity.

Returns

 

Reasons for a return

​

You changed your mind:

Under UK consumer law, orders may be cancelled and a full refund received within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. This applies to made to order and customised pieces made from standard designs. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Bespoke commissions are made to an individual specification and are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun, in line with UK consumer regulations governing personalised goods. This is confirmed before a commission is placed.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once worn, for health and hygiene reasons. This does not affect the right to return them unworn within the standard period.

It has arrived damaged:

Please get in touch via the contact form within 48 hours of receiving the order, including a clear photograph of the damage.

Item looks different to the product picture:

All pieces are handmade, so slight variation from the images shown is normal and not a fault. The greatest care is taken in finishing every piece to the same standard. If there's a significant discrepancy, please get in touch via the contact form.

Item broke after being worn:

Sterling silver is a soft metal, and delicate pieces should be handled with care. A repair service is available for a small surcharge to cover the work and return shipping.

How to return

Returns must be sent using a tracked, insured service. Please return the piece in its original packaging and condition. Shipping refunds only apply to shipments lost in transit or arriving damaged. Import duties or taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable. Once a delivery attempt has been made, the shipment is considered fulfilled, and redelivery is the buyer's responsibility. If a piece is faulty or not as described, return shipping is covered, and a full refund, repair, or replacement is offered in line with statutory rights.

Credit Notes

Where a credit note is issued in place of a refund, it is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
